# Tiny Desk AI video generation and media

- Input: 1 to 3 photos, one adult per photo (the user, or adults who agreed). JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each, each side 301–5,760 px. Clear, roughly front-facing face, ideally waist-up, even light. Pets, cartoons and multi-person photos are not supported; the same photo cannot fill two seats.
- Seats, in photo order: 1 = lead singer (laughing close-up), 2 = sax player (closing solo), 3 = keyboard player (front row of the opening band shot, also at the corner of the sax shot). Solo uses photo 1, Duo photos 1–2, Trio photos 1–3. Same price for all three.
- What changes: each person's face, hairstyle, hair color, skin tone, build, clothing and accessories come from their photo.
- What is fixed: the bookshelf office stage, records and lighting, the three shots and their timing, the camera, headphones, microphones, sax, keyboard and the song. The user writes no prompt.
- Not replaced: the two backing singers and any unfilled seat are AI-generated musicians; they can vary between videos.
- Shots (approximate): 0–5 s band at the desk; 5–11 s lead singer turns, waves and laughs; 11–15 s sax solo.
- Model: NanoAPI genjutsu-1.0 (motion control).
- Paid output: about 15 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4 with sound, no watermark.
- The instructions ask the model to keep each person's face, hair, skin tone and build in their seat, including during the head-back laugh and when the sax covers the mouth, and never to swap seats. Exact likeness is not guaranteed; check faces, hands and clothing.
