How much does a video cost?
The current one-time USD packs are 1 video for $9.99, 3 for $24.99 and 10 for $69.99. One credit makes one video, whether it features one, two or three people. Use the pricing page as the main reference when choosing a pack; the checkout shows the amount before payment.
There is no account or app requirement. You upload one photo per seat, confirm permission, enter your email and pay. The paid output is about 15 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4 with the desk-concert song and no watermark. Review the public examples to understand the style, rather than treating their playback as a promise of your exact face or performance.
What happens after payment?
Once payment is confirmed, your video starts generating and continues even if you close the browser. Your private order page and delivery email provide access; no fixed generation time is guaranteed. Keep the order link confidential and check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
Download completed videos within 30 days. Keeping unused credits does not mean an old video file is stored forever. Photos are held in site storage for up to seven days; if the photos have expired, you may need to upload them again before using remaining credits. Failure, credit return and refunds are different
A confirmed generation failure returns that attempt's credit to the order once. It does not automatically send money back to your card. A “processing” or “support review” status means the outcome is still unresolved, not that the credit has already been returned.
If you already paid, open the latest private email link or check orders saved in this browser before making another payment. Contact support with the order reference if access or payment status is unclear. Never include card details or the private access link in a public message.
Common questions
Can I see my own video before paying? No free personalized preview is offered. Public Solo, Duo and Trio examples are available instead.
Is an imperfect face match a failed generation? Not automatically. AI appearance varies, and a finished video you dislike is not a guaranteed free retry or cash refund. Read the refund policy or contact support about the specific order.
